Recreational skill development becomes a major component of the educational program. The focus on the types of activities being taught shifts gradually from developmental to a skills approach. Some activities are arts & crafts, table games, basketball, football, jump rope, and more.
Summer indoor recreational activity registration begins as early as May 1, 2013 through June, one week before school closes. Registration there after will be based on space availabilty.
Summer program registration is $35.00.
The first day of program is June 10th, 2013.
Orientation is TBD.
The weekly rate for indoor recreational is $100.00 per week per child.
Operating hours are 6:30am to 6:00pm.

Our summer program is available to children ages 5 and up. Please keep in mind that our program is not "Day Care" so we do not accept children who are not potty trained.
Before and after is available but provided at an additional cost.
Registered program attenders can expect activities such as trips to the County Public Library, The Children's Museum, Swimming Pool, Movie Theatre, Chuck-E-Cheese, outdoor sporting activities, computer room, music room, as well and much more.
Trips will occur 3 to 4 times times a week with outdoor activity being daily. All trips taken will be at an additional cost to the parent.
After participating in the indoor recreational actvities, students will participate in certain curriculum ranging from reading, arts, and mathematics.
All students should bring non-refrigerated lunch everyday. We do not provide bagged lunch for students. We provide a continental breakfast and a mid-day packaged snack.
The last day for summer camp is August 23, 2013. This date may change based upon Charles County Public School System.
